GROUP CLASSES

Simple to do, iRest® is a guided meditation designed as a 10-step approach to help bring mediation into and throughout your daily life. Done lying down, seated or in any position you find comfortable. Then listen to my voice as we explore what is present. Although it is a guided experience, I am not telling you what to see. Rather it is a gentle invitation to be open to what shows up. As we move into deeper and deeper relaxation, we reconnect easily to the fact that you are really and truly OK just as you are.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

For a more personally in depth experience you may find  one on one or co-meditation sessions better suit your needs. After settling into a comfortable position and moving through a few relaxing beginning steps, we explore together what arises for you. No need to share your personal story, we focus more on what is present from moment to moment.

The Integrative Restoration® Institute was established in 2006 by Dr. Richard Miller. Susan has been a registered teacher of iRest® since 2007.

Extensive research has shown that iRest® effectively supports the healing process across a broad range of populations.  Currently, there are iRest® programs in military installations around the world, as well as in correctional facilities, hospices, clinics, schools, and organizations supporting personal growth and well-being.
